January 23, 2013, Boston, MA – United States Equity Funding, LLC is proud to announce and welcome Jeffrey Rutherford as the Company’s Director of Sales for its Transportation Group. Jeffrey will be responsible for sales team leadership, new business development, contributing in product and vendor selection, as well as general management responsibilities. Jeffrey brings many years of Financial Industry and equipment leasing experience from nationally recognized companies in Sales, Sales Management with strong familiarity particularly in the Transportation business, trucks and heavy machinery. In addition, Jeffrey was the owner of the Independent finance company, JR Funding.
As the new Director of Sales for the USEF Transportation Group, Jeffrey will operate the Transportation Department of United States Equity Funding, LLC in their new satellite office location as well as assisting in the overall sales and business development efforts for the company.

Mr. Rutherford is a proud member of the local community in Florence, Alabama. His involvement in retail business, chemical business, steel business, agricultural business, construction and financial business has prepared him with the excellence and knowledge needed to meet and exceed client’s highest financing demands. As President of JR Funding Group previously, he was instrumental in increasing annual company revenues and was a consistent contributor to the community, recognized for exceptional sales achievements. He also held prior management positions at several other companies where he was responsible for the overall growth and company development. He led a turnaround within the business unit that saw revenues grew by over 50% within the first year. Jeffrey has been well known for his strong leadership skills and has hit top numbers numerous times in financing. Mr. Rutherford also holds a Business Degree from the University of Alabama.
Away from his busy working schedule he finds quality time for his high school sweetheart, whom he is now married to and their 5 beautiful children, 6 adoring grandchildren with twins on the way.
